We have a simple process for mailing your clock to us, our estimates are free. Once your clock is received and has been examined, you will receive a phone call with the diagnosis and the cost of the repair.On your approval, you will be asked to provide a credit card number. If you do not want your clock repaired at that time your clock will be returned to you. You are responsible to provide a credit card for costs related to shipping and handling back to you.
